My nipples hurt so bad 😱
I’m 23 weeks &6 days l& I’ve noticed my nipples are like rough af and hard . And now they just feel really sore and heavy af. Technically this is my 2nd pregnancy but this is the furthest I’ve made it being my last pregnancy ended rather early around 5 -6 weeks . Anybody can tell me what to use for relief ?
