Funny feeling in lower abdomen 15 weeks pregnant

Hello everybody!!! Just wanted to ask if it’s normal to feel like a nervous feeling in your lower abdomen? I’ve had it for the past 2 days and it is driving me nuts! It just won’t go away and I have had what I think are regular back cramps here and there along with cervical pain... I am just worried that this might not be normal but I have told my doctor this before and she tells me it’s normal symptoms!

What should I do? My first pregnancy by the way so this is all very new to me.
