Anxiety over semen

My husband and i have been ttc for 6 years. Im 26 pretty healthy besides married weight. My husband is 33 and has low t. He was on trt for 5 years but got taken off more than a year ago. His doctor put him on 50mg of clomid every other day. Next Tuesday he does a semen analysis. I kept telling him to schedule and he kept pushing it off. I thought this month was our month my period really tricked me. Started heavy bleeding this morning. This is giving me more anxiety than the two week wait. What are some things you guys tried with male clomid? How long did it take to work?
