15 month old Bloody mucous

My daughter has been having on and off diarrhea past 5 days and there’s quite a bit of mucous and small strains of blood mixed with it. She only has 5 teeth and I know she’s teething. She’s otherwise like her happy self and doesnt seem bothered. Anyone experience this? We do have an appt in an hour but want to see if anyone experienced this and what was the reason for it. Tia.
