Spray paint worry

I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant with our rainbow bub. On the weekend I spray painted over 3 days for a total of maximum ten minutes each day in my double car garage. I was wearing a basic dust mask but the smell was so strong.

i didn’t even think anything of it till afterwards and I’m so annoyed with myself because I’m so careful with everything. Obviously I won’t be doing it again

any reassurance or advice please?? :(
