I seriously don't understand women who are able to be turned on and ready to go without foreplay. It's a necessity for me, and I can imagine it's they same way for some guys too.

Yes, some people need foreplay and that’s fine! I never used to need it however as my endometriosis got worse and I started to associate sex with pain my body doesn’t get wet like it used to, now I need foreplay. My partner he never does he is just good to go.
