Total Hours of Sleep 15MO ?

My LO is sleeping about 12.5 hrs at night and about 2.5-3hrs during the day is that normal? Or too much she is very active.

We get about ~11 nighttime sleep (lately less thanks to teething) and 1.5-2h nap
It used to be lower total sleep time until I found a different schedule (our current one) that seems to do way better.
My first never slept much either. Bunch of weirdos 😂 I want to sleep lol

My little guy sleeps about 11-12 hours a night, and gives us 1.5-2 hours of nap time. Sometimes it’s 14 hours of total sleep, other days were getting around 12-13 total. It depends on the day.

That’s exactly how much our little girl sleeps! 7-730 at night then usually 12-230 or 3 for nap! She is super active so I think she just needs the extra sleep to catch up!

Ha! Mine sleeps about 12-13. 13 on a good day. I wish he’d sleep more. I read that the average at this age is 13 hours.
