TMI, but gave birth on Monday the 24th at 4:15 pm. This came out of me today, the 27th at like 8:40 am.

I passed one and called labor and delivery. They told me they allowed 1 huge clot because at the hospital your not up and moving to get it all out like you are at home. But If I had anymore after that I was to call them back because then they'd wanna see me. If it's your only one I would say your fine. You should have been given instructions when you were discharged. I had a clot like that when I was still in the hospital so they checked me right away and it was normal. When I was discharged though, they wanted me to call if I passed a clot bigger than a golfball.

That looks a little too big for me to be comfortable not calling the doctor. I had a clot that come out around 3 weeks pp. Doctor said it was normal but I would still call
