I haven’t had a regular period since March of this year. My dr told me I was likely peri menopausal (I’m 39 yo). Saturday when I got up my breasts were really sore so I thought what the heck, I have a pregnancy test, might as well take it. It was positive. I also had some bleeding when I wiped. I called the dr Monday and they brought me in Tuesday for an ultrasound and bloodwork. The ultrasound measured 5 weeks, 2 days but there was no yolk. Quantitative hcg came back at 150. Had to go back this morning to have blood drawn again for hcg but won’t find out until tomorrow. My breasts aren’t really sore anymore and I took another pregnancy test this morning and the positive line barely showed up. I’m thinking the worst.
