FMLA leave
Can you take FMLA before you have your baby? I have 10 weeks left and am having awful swelling/ back pain and fluctuating blood pressure but my doctor says there’s “no medical reason” to write me out as all of my tests are coming back normal. FMLA will cover till 2 weeks after she comes and my short term disability kicks in as soon as she’s born. Does anyone have any insight on what i should do?
