It’s been a rough week at 29 weeks pregnant

Paula

This has been my husband and I’s view the past few days. A scary situation happened Monday evening where I thought my baby was going to be born 11 weeks early. We got transported to Saint Johns hospital in Tulsa.

The doctors have all been so wonderful and explaining everything step by step. The nursing staff is amazing and so caring. The doctors explained that what happened Monday is that my water more than likely broke after hearing everything that happened, along with the placenta completely detaching. They have done several ultrasounds as well as cervix checks to make sure everything is going okay. As of right now, they don’t feel a rush to deliver baby girl, because she is a fighter with a strong heartbeat, they said even though with everything going on she is doing good where she is. I know and fully believe that God has control of this. He is protecting her and me, he is helping her grow strong where she is so when she is born, she will be able to fight to keep growing. I will never doubt his love for us, because on Monday I prayed hard that he do anything he could to make sure baby girl was safe! That’s all I prayed for. For her to be safe. My boys prayed for me and for baby. When baby girl is born, I’m not sure when that will be, but I know God will protect her. I’m not scared anymore, I’m not worried anymore, because I know God has this under control. I know God will protect us.
