Low fetal fraction?

Question

We did IVF with PGS and my Natera NIPT came back as low fetal fraction. (Done at 10w6d)
I am supposed to repeat the test next week(I’ll be 14 weeks) but in the meantime I am freaking out because their algorithm put me in high risk for Trisomy 13&18. 
Anyone had similar situation and everything was ok?

I think if you’ve done PGS testing, the results were pretty accurate. I’ve done PGS as well, and I didn’t know if it’s worth to do the NIPT after  10 weeks or not. I’ve been reading a lot about it, and many suggested to not do it, as PGS is pretty accurate 99%. I did it anyways 😁 but I would say to not stress about it, just repeat the test. I am pretty sure the embryo/baby is healthy. 👍
