Really need advice and help

Hi

I m about 5 weeks pregnant and got painful tooth maybe infected as it has got a hole

Which is kinda black . I m very very worried I don’t know what to do is it alright to get tooth extraction done or fillings as they will probably numb the area . Did any of you ever had tooth extraction done while pregnant because I have heard it affects the baby’s health ?

Any help will be really really appreciated
