Breech...

Went in for ultrasound with my high risk doctor to check fluid levels and baby’s movements. Well out of nowhere he is breech! Been head down the entire pregnancy. Doctor called me to discuss results, more concerned with my random high blood pressure. (I’m monitoring that now and am aware of preeclampsia). Didn’t mention him being breech. Should I assume that he will give another ultrasound later to check? Or should I expect my regular ob to discuss a c section? Never had a breech baby before.
