Cramping 5 days before AF

Hey ladies, I have been cramping way before 5 days before AF. I would say a week before, and it all started after we BD on my ovulation week. We did have long sex 3 days ago and so I'm wondering whether this is now sex pain but cant explain before that what it could be.

Has any of you ladies feel pregnant with cramping before AF? I'm feeling a cramping like period pains but very dull and heavy and my tummy feels hard too and before it started on the left with an achy feeling. Could it be late ovulation? Hmmm.. thank you 🥰
