Really sticky brownish milk-colored thick discharge ?

I know that topic is SO TMI but I got an IUD a few months ago so I’ve noticed my periods and discharge have been a little different. I am sexually active but just had my period for like 2 1/2 weeks, and it’s about a week since I’ve been off it and me and my boyfriend had sex but we also use a condom too and this morning I woke up with super sticky discharge like as gross as this sounds it almost seemed like a booger? Is this normal???
