17yr old, baby born at 37 weeks 4 days

I’m sitting here with my baby and I’ve decided to share my birth story bc I think it’s quite interesting. On the morning of August 19th at around 3/4 in the morning I began having contractions that were possible induced from sex that night. I had them all that morning super close together (3/5 minutes apart) 20 contractions in an hours time. I felt as though I was leaking fluid as well and went to the hospital. They told me I had went from 2 cm which I had already been to 3 but since I hadn’t progressed in the hour of being there that I could go home and that the fluid was probably sperm (i don’t think it was), they offered a morphine shot but I declined. My contractions became less painful and I went on with my evening/ night. The next morning I had sex again (TMI but so is most of this) I went back to sleep and woke up to some very strong contractions like the other morning they were close and strong I held it together for a while but went back to the hospital they sent me home again I hadn’t dilated I received the morphine shot so I could sleep through the night at least. I barely slept I continued to feel my contractions, I’d have one get on my hands and knees rock with it until it was over then fall asleep (thanks to the morphine). I didn’t that all night and morning until I got on my hands and knees to rock out another contraction and felt a pop and a hush of fluid I couldn’t believe my water broke 😂. I took my time though my pain tolerance is so high. Once I got to the hospital I was at a 4 and with in an hour a was at a 6/7 30 minutes a 9 another 30 minutes 10 cm ready to push. I was dying so I had gotten the epidural I didn’t know it was gonna go so fast and I thought it was gonna get worse but that was the worst and I handled it just breathing and taking it one contraction at a time. The epidural didn’t work they let a student do it and didn’t ask me if he could me and my boyfriend heard them but I had let him do it bc I’d want the chance if I was in his position. He didn’t do it right! It didn’t work and my back hurts now I knew he hadn’t done it right by they way they was talking they left the room without even telling me the nurse later acknowledged the fact it didn’t work on me and told me I did a great job. I pushed her out in ten minutes one stitch. She was seven pounds at 37 weeks estimated to be 8 if she was born on time. I’m so proud of myself.
