34+5 and seeing stars??

Is this happening to anyone else?? It happens like 3-4 times a week now, but no other signs of preeclampsia, no high blood pressure or anything like that, I just feel like if I make any sudden movements I see stars!

I have had it a few times. Not even necessarily stars but little floaters that go away after a few minutes. I think I had the same thing with my first baby 🤷🏼‍♀️

I get low blood sugar if I haven’t eaten and then try to do something strenuous or something that increases my body temperature (shower) which causes this for me, but I had it before getting pregnant. I would say talk to your doctor this is something that could be nothing or a symptom of something else.

Yes, I've been increasingly getting this since around 20 weeks. Upped iron supplements and it's mostly gone away. Have you had iron levels checked recently?

Okay I had this in the shower the other night and did not know what It was or what it was a sign of. The scary thing is I have naturally low blood pressure and pregnancy makes it “normal” but normal for me is technically high but not high to raise concerns. At the end of my first, it was high but I was already in labor. I guess I’ll keep an eye on this.

Yes it's happened to me several times, but goes away quickly and I have had no complications this pregnancy. I've also gotten them before pregnancy so I don't think much about it honestly.

I’d mention it to your OB. They’re always asking about vision changes, even if temporary.
