Signs of ovulation!

I have had PCOS for over 15 years. I have never had a regular cycle and I have never noticed when I ovulate. I have been tracking with this app for over a year, since I had my Nexplanon birth control removed. I have gotten negative pregnancy test every month for a year.

Since having it removed, I have actually had a more regular cycle, but still not 100% regular. According to my chart, I am ovulating today!! My cervix is low and open. I have discharge relatable to eggwhites. But I am also feeling bloated and uncomfortably, but not painfully crampy.

Are these signs of ovulation? Can I have the symptoms but not produce an egg? You'd think at 29 years old I would know this!
