Low fundal height

Anyone know how to ‘fix’ low fundal height? I had an ultrasound on Tuesday and while baby is growing well and is 2lbs 4oz (which is I guess right on target for 28 weeks, my fundal height is only 23 weeks. My amniotic fluid isn’t low or anything, and this is my second pregnancy - I didn’t have really any issues with my first. I’m also dealing with GD (I went a little crazy cutting carbs and accidentally lost too much weight as well) all my doctors have told me is to drink more fluids and to eat more carbs. Is there anything else I can do? I don’t want my baby’s growth to be restricted, which is what I’ll me monitored for from now on along with everything else. Please, any and all suggestions are welcome! Also, they checked it five times, and he was in a vertical position. He was breech, with his feet near my cervix and his head near my ribs.
