Did I ovulate? Help!

So I went for a cycle day 12 sonogram yesterday and my doctor said that I should ovulate sometime this weekend. He said to start opk testing and if I was positive start my progesterone suppositories so we can schedule my FET this week. I’ve never done opk testing before so I did 2 today and can’t tell if I ovulated or if I need to wait to test tomorrow? Does the premom app automatically tell you when you hit your peak? Sorry I feel so dumb. This app says I’m supposed to ovulate tomorrow. I just don’t want to mess up so we can schedule my FET.
