Quality time

How do you guys feel about quality time? How often do you think you and your significant other should see each other if you are not living together? How many times throughout the month do you both go out for a date? And also how do you guys feel about dating with children? Me and my guy friend both have 4 year old daughters were both single parents obviously , he’s offered to plan kid friendly dates as well if I can’t find a sitter , I’m pretty clingy so I want to be around him all the time but it’s not possible with us both working full time and being full time parents , how do you keep the relationship intact when you both can’t spend as much time as you both want.
