Accidentally having a 4th baby

I’m not sure where to start. But I’m pregnant with our 4th baby. We have 3 boys and had them very close together. 2016,2017,2019 and now new April 2021. Yes I know sex leads to pregnancy but we used condoms and no I’m not going to get an abortion but I am getting my tubes tied after this. And I’m still kind of in shock because with my other 3 I knew I was pregnant and didn’t need a test but with this one I wasn’t sure. I’m kinda just venting because my life is adding stress lately and I know this will be another beautiful baby like my boys but the shock is just overwhelming
