So I realized early that i haven’t felt baby kick, move, anything all day .. (I’m 23 weeks) he’s alway so active and has been since 15 weeks like moves everyday at the same times and is just so fun ... Me and my husband tried to get him to move poked my belly, shook my belly, literally everything..

so, I call labor and delivery and said “what do I need to do if I haven’t felt my baby move all day”. She was super sweet and continued asking questions of course “ have I been on my feet a lot, have I eaten, have I drank anything today” I’ve barley been on my feet today ... I have eaten and drunken today ... so she tells me “ try eating and drinking something cold and sweet” so I say “okay, thank you” ...

A hour passes .... I still haven’t felt anything and I’ve done what they said and then some ... so I call the on call nurse or paged her whatever .... she answers the phone and I say yes ma’am i haven’t felt my baby move all day and I’m concerned because he’s is always very active... she the continues to tell me well at this stage it could be days without feeling him move you’re not far enough along yet for him to be moving consistently... she then tells me what have I eaten or drunken , I then tell her some pizza and some hiwiian punch and sweet tea .... she then got very rude and says well I need you to drink some sodas and lay down .. which I’ve been basically all day ... she then says rudely we’ll if your that concerned you can come in but we can’t really do anything or put you on monitors because you’re not that far along .... have a good night ...

AM I OVERTHINKING OR OVERREACTING IN ANY WAY ? I’m literally pissed and feel so hurt that my child is not being taken into consideration..... ugh idk what to do . This is baby # 2 and I think by now I would know, but I don’t ...
