Ovulating or not?

Hi! I am new to TTCing. I have PCOS and yesterday I felt a dull consistent pain on my right side (lasted for hours) it made me think I was ovulating. I also noticed my breast were full and nipples were tender.

I took a opk and it was positive! I got really excited and my BF and I baby danced. I took 2 more OPKs and they were positive as well.

Anyways, I was researching opk and PCOS and I didn’t realize that women with PCOS have higher LH surges even when they aren’t ovulating. Now I’m doubting if I should trust the opk but I know how I felt yesterday with the pain/breast tenderness.

Today I still have the breast/ nipple sensitivity and watery CM.
