Does typical muscle soreness after working out hurt worse?
Hi, Wondering if this is just me or if it is normal...
I did a very light workout followed by maybe 20 minutes of stretching the other night. Within 24 hours the muscles in my legs feel like they are shredding and pulling away from my bone. It’s a very weird/gross/painful feeling for me.
I know what muscles soreness feels like and this is not the same as pre pregnancy soreness. I wasn’t expecting it this bad from such a mild amount.
I haven’t been working out above walking lately but I think this is from the stretching more then the light workout.
I’m hydrated. I eat pretty healthy and take my vitamins when I remember.
Is this normal?
I’m 23+4 days pregnant. FTM.
