Baby rash

Does anyone know what this could be? I use free and clear detergent, so idk if it’s the detergent or not! I also breastfeed so is it possible he could be allergic to something that I’m eating? I’m a ftm so I just don’t know!! This is the only spot on his body where it’s like this!
