Constantly leaking

I have had a noticeable increase of fluid the last week or so. Not sure if I’m leaking amniotic fluid or just discharge. No smell, clear, having to change underwear/panty liner frequently. Currently 38 + 2 days. For reference, here are my fluid levels at 37 + 5 days wasn’t sure if this was normal. Heavy increase in Braxton Hicks also had spotting for 2 days this week. Anyone had this?
