Anybody conceive under extreme stress?

To make a super-long story short, I’ve been ttc for 5 years (2 years with a previous boyfriend and 3 years with my husband), I discovered that my husband has low sperm count, we went to a fertility clinic, I tried many months of blood tests and ultrasounds at the fertility clinic for timed intercourse, I wanted us to try iui and ivf, but my husband couldn’t cum in the cup, only to learn that he just couldn’t because of the stress, OR he basically admitted that he doesn’t even WANT another baby (already has two babies with two other women). We have been fighting every single day for the last month, and only had sex once this month. So, shocked beyond belief when I got this obvious line at 13dpo. The craziest thing was that with his last girlfriend, they tried for 3 years too, and she only found out she was pregnant after they had broken up. We also have discussed divorce over this ttc. Still, I am DESPERATELY hoping I’m pregnant.
