How I've changed my life TTC
The list goes on and on... I feel like everything I eat, everything I do has one goal underneath, to bring home baby. I know you all can relate!! Here's my list so far...
5 years ago, started trying!
- Started Prenatal Vitamins
- Stopped eating seafood (I thought this was the safe bet at the time)
- Times and monitored my cycles, temperature checks, at home ovulation kits...
- Started trying to gain healthy weight to get to healthy BMI.
- Cut out Marijuana (medically prescribed)
- Cut back on Alcohol
- Cut back on exercise to gain weight
- 7 failed IUI's with Clomid
- IVF counseling
- Lost weight, added new daily exercise
- Started eating seafood again, lots of it.
- Cut coffee to 200mg daily
- Cut Alcohol again
- New Prenatal Vitamins & supplements including B12, B6, D3, COQ10, DHEA, E, Melatonin, Cranberry, Zinc, C, and a night time multi-mineral supplement
- 1st round of IVF stimulation (no embryos)
- Purposefully re-gaining lost weight to get BMI back up to healthy levels.
- Set date for IVF round 2....
- Scheduled acupuncture (I give, I'll try anything)
What have you changed and what's do you think worked for you if you were successful? Wish me luck and baby dust, stimulation starts Monday!
