Any advice to know when I’m ovulating ??

I heard you can do temperature for how accurate is that?! Any tips ?

We used these. You pee in something (I used a tiny Tupperware dish) and then stick the strip in your pee. When the test line is as dark or darker than the control line, you’re ovulating! And you should do the baby dance for the next few days 👍🏻🙂

If you want to temp to confirm ovulation, note that most women register 96 to 98 degrees before ovulation and 97 to 99 degrees after ovulation. So your body temperature slightly goes down before an egg is released. Then about 24 hours after the egg is released, your temperature will go up for a number of days. 1) Take your temperature at the same time every morning 2) Take your temperature as soon as you wake up, after a solid sleep (at least 4 hours), before you even move around. You will know that ovulation has taken place after 3 days of a rise in temperature.
