Sharp quick pain, one side. 4 wks preg

I’m 4 weeks today, 14 dpo, and I have a dull cramping on the side I ovulated on as well as a few sharp stabbing pains a day on that same side. I did get a bfp at 11 dpo. No bleeding or anything. Can someone help ease my mind that one sided cramping or sharpness doesn’t automatically mean ectopic?
