Finding birth parent
My husband has been expressing that he wishes he knew his father. I’ve been trying to look for him online for weeks now as I don’t have money for an investigator. I can’t find anything. Does anyone have any tips or websites that might help? I have his full name, age, a rough birthdate.. I’ve find arrest records from the 90s, but can’t find an address or number anywhere.
