6 Weeks & Gaining Weight
I was on a diet before I found out I was pregnant. I stopped dieting when I found out and started eating about 1500 calories a day and I still work out almost every day. I stood on the scale this morning and I’ve gained 6 lbs 😩. I am bloated and I suspect some of that is water weight too. My question is, did you gain weight like this early on, and did it taper back down? Is there something specifically I should be doing? It’s driving me crazy!
