Cramps here and there?

Question

Anyone get sudden pain around abdomen? I also have tender and sore lower abdomen. I'm kinda worried 😔. Btw I am 8 weeks.

Cramps are totally normal! Like PMS cramps! As long as they are not sever like you are doubling over in pain and you are not experiencing bleeding. If it’s one sided or near your belly button, pretty painful with or without shoulder pain it might be eptopic and I would consult your OB. But cramping is normal and you will mostly cramp the entire time here and there. Your uterus is growing slowly and that can contribute to the cramping.

I also get cramps all the time, I’m 7 weeks and I believe it’s normal because your body is making room for baby so everything is stretching and moving around
