Anyone else’s little ones got reallly cold hands and feet most the day?

My son will wake up and his hands are absolutely freezing his feet aren’t as bad but they are still cold.

He has blankets he sleeps with and we put socks on him now to try and warm him up. But still throughout the day his hands are just so cold!

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else’s little ones and can give me some advice
