Covid positive at 8w4d

So I tested positive today and so did my husband. The first nurse I spoke with at my OB terrified me saying that due to lack of placenta because I’m not yet 14w that miscarriage is a concern which made me cry all morning. We went for our first appt on Friday and the heartbeat was 163, so that was very strong and I’m sure I must’ve had covid then. I don’t have a fever and it’s literally like the most mild cold I’ve ever had. I’m praying baby will be safe and protected. Anybody gone through this as well?
