Positive tests, but ultrasound didnt find anything

I took 3 at home tests and all came out positive. Then, I went to the dr and had another one come back positive. They sent me for an ultrasound and the results didn’t find anything regarding a pregnancy however they did find a cyst. My levels came back 1140.... and would put me at 5-6 wks. it’s hard for me to be excited about this because the ultrasound is making me think I’m not pregnant and the cyst is putting off something that’s making my body think I’m pregnant. Does anyone have any insight on this?
