Holding own bottle???

Question

Howwwwww do I get my almost 9 month old to hold her own bottle??? She has the learning sippy cup that she holds fine because it has the handles, but will not even attempt to hold her own bottle? Advice?

I started handing my son his bottle really early like 5 months. I just laid  him down and guided his hands to hold it. In the beginning he would drop it often and needed lots of help so I just assisted him over and over. He will be 9 months on Sept 18th and since 6 months old I can just hand him the bottle in any position, anywhere and he can feed himself! It takes time, persistence and practice😊

Answer

You can get a 12+ month Nuk sippy cup that comes detachable handles and just switch it out with a regular nipple.
