Does anyone else find it hard to hold their bowels ?

I noticed it after my first but I found it got worse after my July baby. Sometimes I literally have to run to the bathroom because I don’t think I’m going to make it.

I’d look into working with a physical therapist. I see a pt that specializes in pelvic floor issues in women.

I’d be looking at getting assessed for a prolapsed bowel. I did physio for 12 months after my son, finally went and seen a gyno and turned out I hade prolapsed bowel, bladder and uterus.

Does anyone else find it hard to hold their bowels ?
