Fever of 102 (when not given Motrin or Tylenol) since Friday. Extremely tired and lethargic when temp is up. No appetite. Diarrhea twice (once this evening and it was almost black 😖). No other symptoms. Covid year was negative, no ear infection, CBC levels were normal so no bacterial infection. Pediatrician has sent us home TWICE now saying it’s a virus and to “watch and wait”. When her medicine wears off, her temp shoots up immediately. This has been going on for FIVE days and no one can give me any answers!!
