Does drinking soda water, club soda or sparkling water counts towards my water intake for the day?

Sparkling water which is literally just carbonated water counts. La Croix, Bubly, etc is all good. If it has sugar or flavoring, it does not count.

“Club soda” might be different depending on where you live I think... some people confuse it with tonic water though, which actually has just as many calories as like Pepsi or Sprite. But here club soda is the same as sparkling water, which is literally just carbonated water, no calories or anything in it. So it definitely counts towards your water intake.

I don’t know who’s saying no but as long as they don’t contain sugar or flavouring they most definitely count towards your water intake.
