Sooner than later?

So we've been together for 5 years and we finally got pregnant the beginning of this year. Sadly I had premature labor and lost my twin boys, after going through that it made our relationship alot stronger so we decided to plan our wedding. Ive been waiting so long to marry my best friend and I just want to elope this weekend but im still going through postpartum bleeding and dont want to be miserable.. So give me some opinions if we should wait or just go run away!!
