Advice please - found out I’m pregnant today - next steps?

So I found out I’m pregnant today. I’m only early so I’d say 3-4 weeks. I’m high risk as have a heart shaped womb and also high risk for complications through something genetic through the women of my family which caused still births. Anyways I didn’t know how soon to book a doctors appointment. I’m thinking of waiting 2 weeks and then calling.

What do you think I should do? I just want to be checked on as have had 2 miscarriages a few years ago and they said if I was to get pregnant again that I’d need to see them every 2 weeks for scans. Just didn’t want to contact them too early.
