Having Sex??

How often are you ladies having sex to try to kick start labor, although with our big belly’s in the way?

Every day I tell my husband “tonight we are for sure having sex” then 8pm rolls around, I put my daughter to bed and I’m out cold right next to her 🙃

Wasn't happening on week days because of our conflicting work schedules but it's currently Saturday and my first day of maternity leave so I'll be trying as often as possible (once a day during our toddlers nap time) just to get the baby out.

We never stopped (2-3 times a week). I am 38+5 and still pregnant with no progress.

SO is firmly against baby coming any earlier than absolutely necessary so he refuses all my efforts 😩

I had sex twice since my last appointment and today there were no changes to my cervix...I’m either gonna have sex every day or day forget it and give up

I tried to get things moving with sex since I was dilated a little and 50% effaced. Gave me the worst contractions for 5 or 6 hours and then they just stopped, a week later I’m still at 1cm and 50%. All that pain for nothing😖
