Hcg dropping and rising by the day?

Has anyone ever had their hcg drop and rise constantly? I am still very early(6weekish) but I’ve been taking at home pregnancy test and one day they’re lightly faint two days later heavily faint, two days later back lightly faint. So I started getting my blood test done and Wednesday my hcg was 33 and today it was 29. What is this? Again i am very early and this has never happened. I have no spotting, I did have some light contractions yesterday though & my cervical mucus is extremely creamy. Thoughts?
