Anybody else hate waiting for their next appointment?

I’m almost 7 weeks, my doc wants to see me once a month until 32 weeks, then once every other week until 36 weeks, then once a week until delivery. Does this sound about right? I just wish I had my own ultra sound machine so I could hear that precious heart beat more often than once a month! Hate waiting so long! 😂❤️👶

That’s right and typically they aren’t going to an ultrasound at those appointments. They just listen to the heartbeat w a Doppler, which is something you can purchase yourself.

I feel like it was harder in the beginning of the pregnancy. Like watching paint dry!  The anxiety of a healthy baby and just so much going on. Keep yourself busy and before you know it you’ll find your self constantly at the doctors

Definitely normal, and ultrasounds are few and between unless you plan on going to get elective ultrasounds but those are pricey.

That is the normal length between appointments when you’re not over 35 or high risk.
