Should I be calling my doctor?

So I am 34 weeks pregnant and since last night I have had insane diarrhea where I need to run to the restroom. A few days before this started up until it started I had sudden sharp pains in my vag I was told it was the baby moving down. I have also recently dropped and today I’ve had a few contractions not consistent though. When I have the diarrhea I get insane pressure in my vag. Should I be calling my doctor or is it nothing to worry about? I haven’t lost my mucus plug but I have noticed an increase in cm and today there was a clump of white in my underwear.
