Postpartum weight issues
Hey ladies- i have a general question as to how do go about the famous “mommy belly”, AKA “loosing the pooch” 🤦🏻♀️ I’m struggling to loose any more weight. Long story short... I’m currently about to go 5 months postpartum. I stopped breast feeding back at 3 months, due to recurring mastitis😢. My weight was dropping really nicely while breastfeeding and I still had that incredible Glow.
But now I’m feeling super drained and sluggish and grossly fat 😞 I work out as much as possible (give or take 3-4 times a week) and wear my sweat band and waist training corset during the day. I’m finally back into 4 pairs of pre-pregnancy pants 💪🏻 but my belly and arms are still heavily massive??? And not to mention this awkward double chin. I need some advice, because I just want to feel like myself again.. and I’m doing all I can do. My mother says I’m just being hard on myself and letting the stress get to me. I am a single mother now and recently divorced and currently going through child custody. I feel like the stress is just adding my weight. But I could really use some advice or secrets that worked for you 👀😄✨
