Preterm Labour

Anyone experienced preterm labour? What did it feel like? I'm considering going in to the hospital as I'm having a lot of contractions 2-3 minutes apart. They arent painful but I think they have gotten stronger over the past few hours. My belly feels huge and very hard and uncomfortable. I haven't been leaking any fluids but I'm starting to feel more pressure down low and in my vagina (I think?).

I'm laying down now having something to eat and drinking water to see if anything changes over the next hour. Im 29 weeks on Sunday.

As im typing this I keep getting interrupted to time my contraction, im getting a little nervous now and I think I'm gonna go in! Still going to post for feedback anyway lol
